Hi

This is a sommerso vase in similar colours purple and blue c1950 – 60s with G Hardy Venetian Import label on. It has enough in common with yours I think to give a Venetian /Murano attribution. As to maker, I have asked to no avail – hope you have more luck.



Your bowl is very beautiful and a while guess from me would be Seguso Vetri d’Arte

I feel the slight sommerso smudge is very minor

Gareth your piclinks don't seem to being giving the right images, can you check and tell me which images should be linked to please? The URL you need is the one below the image in the File Info box, it will end with a dash followed by a number, like this....   -4831. Thanks :)
