Lampwork giraffe with wonderful detail... possible to identify a maker?

Can anyone help me with my giraffe?  It's about 6cm tall and 8cm wide, and appears to be well made... I've tried to photograph the detail in hopes that someone would recognise the maker/country of origin.  Could it be Czech?

All comments, suggestions, and points in the right direction appreciated.  Thank you for looking.  :)
