Hi there
????? Might be a Pen holder to only hold ONE pen at a Desk so A pen is always handy. Would look nice sitting on a office Desk with one pen in it. I am not sure of the maker but very nice, and looks like it has quality to it!!

Doesn't strike me as Murano. Could it be Czech? Is Robert or Jindrich around?

It may well be Murano BUT I suspect it is an oil lamp minus the wick bits. First thought was a perfume minus the stopper but the part the stopper would go in is much too thin. A pen holder would have support all the may down I suspect.
