mdina glass bottle limited edition ?

hi
i have a mdina glass bottle. it has numbers on the base 73-204 does this mean its 73 of 204 or is it a cat number. thanks for any help.

That will be a catalogue number, it is a fairly recent item from Mdina, probably made within the last ten or twenty years. One of their nicer modern designs in my opinion.

i have looked for the same vase but can only find one the same colour but that one has no numbers on.

They're still making this design as far as I know, but it's been around for a good while - I've got some bits with early-ish labels - the kind with hand-written in biro catalogue numbers on them.
