9" Cranberry to Clear Bowl-Need Help Identifying
« on: April 22, 2011, 06:27:08 PM »
This piece of glass is really pretty.  It's got some weight to it and when I flick it it has a nice "ring" to it.

It is 9 1/2 inches across the top and about 5 1/4" tall.

The color is kind of like a cranberry juice color that you can see through, the color is much deeper at the bottom.

I also have a little guy that matches this one that is about 4 1/2" across and about 2 1/2" tall.

There are NO markings on the bottom.  On the bottom it appears as though the color has rubbed off in places.

Thanks for any and all help.  I'm stuck on dial-up where I live and it's been frustrating trying to research items that are not marked.  Unfortunately, I have many items that I can't identify.  I really am grateful for finding this site and appreciate all your expertise and knowledge.  I'm very interested in learning about all kinds of glass and this is a new hobby I've inherited from my gram.
