Regarding the colours I would also think Czech, Harrachov, possibly designed by Milan Metelak. >> Link

Hi all, thanks for all comments and info regarding this vase, appreciated, Kane the piece weighs 1.5 kilo's, so Czech is a good possibility. Thanks again
