You buy Ivo's book, and then you can tell us all about the size range of spittoons. ;D

No you won't as the book is not about spittoons - just about the history of glass pocket spittoons which were used 1889-1940s. Other spittoons like table spittoons, floor spittoons, wall mounted spittoons, ward spittoons and such are not covered.

not - I think not. The story is not about spitting but about tbc and the role of a little glass pocket spittoon in the conquest of a pandemic.  Broadening the subject to include assorted pee- and chamberpots and emetic recipients - I don't think I could.  :ooh:
