thanks Chris,
I guess I must of been lucky with the sky blues, I thought I would never find one, Then they seem to pop up out of nowwhere!!
I think the key for me was buying them at any cost, Even if it did leave me broke for a while. I have a full time job working 40 hours a week, all the money i get i spend on ducks, ducks mean more to me then money, I think thats the secret.

Well Pinky, perhaps you could explain to me why this one has an odd beak....it looks odd to me anyway!!
Is the clue in the word Diffy instead of Dilly??

I have sent a message to seller and asked if there were any imperfections,
he replied in close inspection there is a line running through the base of the foot towards the back,I think the winning bidder may be a bit disappointed when they receive him, especially at that price.
As for the nose, maybe he has been telling porkies like pinocchio! Remember all these ducks are hand-made so vary in style, I think this is an earlier duck from the 50s ;)

Hi Pinky......well, most of my glass is in the 'show me yours and I'll show you mine' link....when you have finished trawling through all of it, you will see a lot of mine.....I have a couple of pieces I am selling,  but although I know I MUST downsize the collection, every time I pick a few, I put half of them back and buy more!!  I am sure you know the feeloig! For instance, I have bought 2 and sold 0 today!!  :help:
What sort of animals do you have for sale?......I can feel my pocket money desperately trying to get out!!
Rosie.  :sun:

PS. Your email address is hidden....did you realise?
