Victorian enamelled black glass bottle
« on: May 08, 2011, 11:20:12 AM »
I found this nicely enamelled black bottle recently. I am sure as is normal it is amethyst . I think it dates to about 1870's.

The main part of the bottle does not look to be pressed glass although the top part there are mould seams. I thought it may be an ink bottle.

Weight 276 gm, height 4.5" / 11cm

Thanks Roy
