This vase reminds me of Rikaro glass and also Murano but I have no idea who might have made it or when.  All help gratefully received.

Hi Ross, lovely piece!  I've no idea about the designer or pattern, but it looks very Skrdlovice (Czech) to me.

I agree with Wayne. That combination of green-aqua was very popular at Skrdlovice around the late fifties, and though I can't find the specific pattern (hope someone else can have a go at that), the shape is very reminiscent of the works of people like Emil Beranek or Velishkova.
