Studio Glass small bell vase????

Nice small vase 3.5" high and 4" diameter has a look of kerry glass in a way dont think it is though, Has splodgey randoms inside the glass in pink,bluie,ambers very nice all in all. The base has a slightly kicked up base with a sharp pontil scar left and a good amount of wear also. Any ideas on country of origin???? Very weighty glass has lots of differing sizes of air-bubbles present.Thanks... :X:
