Another Amber - Asymmetrical Crescent ??
« on: May 22, 2011, 07:36:23 PM »
:hi:  It must be Amber day today.....LOL

Here is another Amber bowl that I got.  Again this one is a Crescent (moon shaped) one too, but the wings are asymmetrical.  Looks to be made well.  This one is about 7 inches tall, and 7 inches wide.  It too is still a smaller piece of glass.  On the bottom there is not much wear, but it appears that is because the piece of masking tape that has been there for a while.  Someone has written on the Masking tape 1969 Johnson Photo ??   Now I have no idea what that means other than whom ever had once owned this item (might) have found a cross-reference of it in some old photo from 1969 -- is my only guess ???  :huh2:

I have no idea on the maker of this item either?  Any idea who might have made it, and IF that might be the correct date era for this piece?

Thanks, as always!!
