Yellow tango? cased glass yellow pot with lid and feet!!
« on: June 01, 2011, 08:39:53 PM »
Purchased today thought it was a nice finely made quality thing with a couple of nibbles to the inner lip of rim it is heavily cased the clear glass on the outside being wider than the inner yellow, The black feet and finnial are well executed just strikes me of being a better quality than the more mundane pieces of so called loetz pieces ive had in the past i.e. poor quality mass preoduced stuf. The pot is 4.5" to top of finnial tall. The base of the bottom part has been nicely finished off no remnants of a pontil scar. any ideas if its a good bit or a poor bit of tango type glass anyone. cheers.  :hat:
