Vintage? Polish (Leaning?) Vase ID Help

Stands 12 inches tall by 5 inches wide, weighs almost 6lbs, and has 'Handmade in Poland' sticker on it. Was wondering if it was familiar to anyone, and possibly when made. thnx for looking.

Hi...  I don't think you'll be able to get a definitive answer to your questions, particularly about the date. :-\   I'd suggest looking into Krosno.
