Long Orange and White Cased Vase

Orange outer with white inner, cased glass vase - 14" tall so a larger piece - note casing is of orange not clear glass showing less quality I think than Scando glass counterparts - still feel is the 60s 70s era and welcome any suggestions at all - see photos
