I would likely lean towards Kralik on this one.....  but I have not seen it in a shape which is definitive enough to lock an attribution down.

I have never seen a Rindskopf Opilspot or Papillon on anything other than an amethyst ground......

The color combo is similar to this piece of Mac's, which is a recently found Kralik decor which has not been named yet.....
