Kat the normal way to get a good response is to post a good photo of the whole vase.  Also a clear photo of the base and another of the uper rim.  The finish of both will tell certain experts whether it is or is mot what they suspect.

I am not at all expert with this type of gless but I suspect you should be looking at Finnish sites such as

http://www.designlasi.com/en   Finnish Art Glass site
http://www.20thcenturyglass.com/glass_encyclopedia/scandinavian_glass/riihimaki_glass/riihimakiglass_home.htm   Riihimaki Glass
http://www.flickr.com/groups/811498@N25/pool/   Riihimaki Glass
http://www.marikan-maljakot.com/   Finnish vases

and also Inn crystal which I believe is German.  Good luck it looks a lovely piece of glass - well found.

Just another thought Kat.  Post one or two pieces and then wait for a week or so before the next lot.  Some of the board members find looking throught too many pieces a problem.  More im[portant you push people off the front page quickly - which in this category happens very easily anyway - so for a person to be well exposed to the expert mebers don't put up too much all at once.

This reminds me of OTK Glass, Japan.  I could be very wrong though, but here's a link to some on my Whitefriars "Wannabee" blog

A good descriptive subject line is always useful, too, as some people will not bother to look at posts without them. They are also important for the board's Search function, see here for why:
http://www.glassmessages.com/index.php/topic,17458.0.html

I've added a little to your original post subject to make it more descriptive.
