Vaseline Glass Basket Weaved Bowl Victoran ? ID help

Help to ID this vaseline glass basket weaved bowl. My first thought was 1920's but now I have had time to have a closer look I think it could be as early as 1870's

Not signed or marked. I pretty certain its English but could be wrong and if I had to guess I would go with Henry Greener.

Glows very brightly

Diameter 7" ( 18cm), height 4.75" (12cm) weight 974gm
