Looks like it to me, not sure who by though. I bet that applied green decoration will glow under UV.  ;)

I think it's awful!  Mind you, Leni would like it!  It's pink (for starters) and it's got lumpy bits, a bit like the thorn spill-vases.   :24: :pb:
