Small Art Glass Ewer

Bought this morning at a car boot and was informed by the seller that it was from Syria.  Any ideas please, can't find an awful lot on the net

Last year I stumbled across a syrian glassworks, which had a wide range of similar
products. Their name was something like Phoenician-Glass. Unfortunately I didn´t
bookmark the link and a quick google search doesn´t turn it up either.
Possibly they are no longer producing or they had to rename their company due to
the homonymy with the Maltese glassworks...  :-\
