It is quite obviously a comport of sorts.  I purchased one near new in 1998 - it was then descibed as "Korean" - but I believe it is Polish probably from Krosno.

I'd say most definitely Polish, and made by a Józefina, Makora, Tarnowiec, Zorza...

Both the Makora and Jozefina websites have items that look very similar. I've just been having a hunt around myself as I bought the attached oil burner a couple of weeks ago as I was sure I'd seen a picture of it on here. Maybe this is the post that other people are referring to that they can't find (I've tried several different search words and not been successful) and this may help prompt a memory?

Thankyou im almost sure its Polish now and looking like Józefina. I like your burner. I like these im keeping hold of mine it never gets uninteresting to look at and sparkles amazing in sunlight.
