Topic: Blue 'Pompadour' like vase

Sorry to be flooding the board with balluster vases! 

This one looks a little like a Nanny Still Pompadour but the rim's not folded over like the ones I've seen, it isn't cased in clear glass and that bright electric blue doesn't seem right for Riihimaki either.

Any ideas?  TIA

Thanks Nic & Dirk - now you mention it the colour is 'right' for Germany or Austria - I've had a similar labelled bright blue vase from Ingridglas previously (although I'm not suggesting it's IG - it seems better quality than any IG I've handled). 

I shall delve further into Hirschberg and Taube.

Thanks for that Dirk - does your Taube have a ground rim and is that a typical rim finish for them?  My blue thingy has a fire-polished rim...

yes, my candlesticks do have a ground rim. wether that´s typical
i can´t really tell for i am a ´greenhorn´ i´m afraid...

information i can add is: the taube pieces i´ve seen so far, did all
have a ground rim - but, so do my hirschberg, friedrich and gral
pieces. this maybe points to another direction than germany?

One here in Amethyst, well made with a ground rim and original label, often appear on eBay described Scandinavian.
