I wouldn't take this as a definitive answer to your pieces, but I believe they could be early Seguso Vetri d'Arte pieces. If they are, they would be mid 1930's and no later than the early 40's. I had a discussion with a friend (stole your pics to email - sorry) who has owned something similar but has long since sold them. His pieces were labeled.
His were in a different colourway to yours, a amber/clear colourway with the blue edging. These are not common to come by and are rare! Once again, not a definitive answer/id to your pieces but a start.
The base of the bowls and plate along with the blue trailing is very similar with some of the early soffiato SVdA pieces I own (none in the white/milk colour). If these are indeed SVdA, this white/milk glass along with the blue trailing is rare...*drools
