Is it Murano or Whitefriars?
« on: August 08, 2011, 03:24:26 PM »
I thought this vase might be Whitefriars BUT.  There seems to be a green layer between the blue and clear layers.  AND the "wings" seem too pronounced for a Whitefriars piece.

If it is Murano can you suggest a maker please.

Not Whitefriars as far as I am aware, I think Murano and possibly??? Galliano Ferro search may help with ideas... not saying it is a GF piece though.

It sure looks like about 4 of the vases you have attributed to Galliano Ferro, Wayne - so I reckon in this case near enough.
