This is the decanter and glasses it appears to be hand blown as the interior void is an irregular shape . Height 265 mm. Thank you

Have you looked up Art Deco decanters on the web?  there are a number of sites who stock art deco glass and have some fabulous pieces to compare to.
I seem to recall that not all Baccarat is marked.
If you search Baccarat on this site there is a reference to it somewhere, it may even have been in relevance to a tv programe and item, discussed recently in the cafe perhaps?

Its Czech. I was looking at art deco glass a day or so ago & ran into a site that had no less than three sets that were close to identical in design to your set shown & all were claimed to be Czech..

something similar here - yours looks as though it has a lot of cutting on it, nicely bevelled edges etc?
This is not my thing, but maybe looking up Moser?  I could be wrong though  :-\ but may be a starting point.
