3.5" Figural Etched Crystal Tumbler

3.5" Figural Etched Crystal Tumbler which I acquired this morning, haven't seen anything like this before.  Doesn't have a look of any real age but wondered if anyone knew who made it, thanks

Two possible candidates are Dod Procter or James Hogan both did Jazz figures , i think Patrick or Nigel may have an opinion , oh yes and then there is H J Dunne cooke . I like it .
