(Themed) glass displays - show me yours, I'll show you mine... part 2...
chopin-liszt:
They are absolutely glorious, Rosie - and groupled together like that - it's like seeing a moment of a ballet, frozen in time - (well frozen for the photo - I imagine in 3-D reality it's more like the dance is ongoing....)
You need more. You really do. They look so fabulous together.... more is more, Rosie. >:D

I have yet to find some litterature about Strömbergshyttan so I can find out the years and makers of the different pieces I pick up.

Wow Mikael, your collection is stunning, and so well focused too... If you find a good Strombergshyttan source, please share it on the forum, I have recently bought this Strombergshyttan that I absolutely adore (more beautiful than my meagre photographing skills can ever show) and knowing who designed it would be very satisfying...
I need to think up a good theme for my August display to have this particular vase in it.

I'll tell John you said I should have more Sue!!
Those Strombershyttan pieces are so sophisticated Mikael.....if I had a win on the lottery, I would buy lots of it, and your vase is beautiful Astrid, it looks as though there have been explosions in the glass. I want it all!!! :24:
( I have used this pic to depict me lying on my back kicking and screaming like a spoiled brat.....it is not me laughing!!)
rosieposie:
Sorry I left the 'g' out of Strombergshytten. :pb:
