Swedish angel?

I'm confident that I've seen these accredited as Swedish but I can remember where I've seen them before.

Is there a lid missing? Possibly a cork? It looks like it could have originally been a jar.

This has been on the board before with a question over whether or not it is an Erik Hoglund  piece.  I'll have a search to see if I can find it.  I don't think and id was reached.
