Sklo means glass in Czech, so your title's not awfully helpful... if you mean is it Czech pressed glass by one of the Sklo Union conglomerate factories that's a different question.
Being picky here as Sklo is one of those words which gets abused greatly on the board and will result in some daft myth arising at some point so it's best to squash it in the early stages! :thud:
Looking at your vase, it could be Czech but the base doesn't remind me of any SU piece I've seen. I'd be more inclined to look at one of the German glassmakers for a match... :X:
I'd also suggest visiting Pamela's websites:
www.pressglas-pavillon.de and
www.glas-musterbuch.de - in the latter trawl through the German catalogues (the Deutschland link) she has there to see if you can find a match. It's a time-consuming process but is always worthwhile as you get familiar with what sort of glass each factory produced. Hope this helps.
