This website has good information on Swedish glass: http://www.glassfromsweden.com
They have a great section with all the different techniques and also with all the date codes you need for your Orrefors and Kosta Boda pieces.
For Orrefors pieces: http://www.glassfromsweden.com/how-to-date-orrefors.html
For Kosta Boda: http://www.glassfromsweden.com/how-to-date-kosta-boda.html
I understand that they site is currently being developed and information will be added when available.

The above site seems to no longer exist. It seems they have a different website now: https://swedishglass.com/
The info on Orrefors can be found here: https://swedishglass.com/how-to-date-orrefors-glass/
The info on Kosta can be found here: https://swedishglass.com/how-to-date-kosta-boda-glass/
They also have info on other Swedish glassworks.
