The blue and pink Monart vase has had two things done to it.
Firstly, its been 'lamped', ie. drilled and plugged to take a bulb holder. Secondly, it was fashionable at one time to add pewter decoration to glass, ceramics and wooden boxes, etc. The problem with this is that it is not always just the removal of the pewter and glue, because often the edges of the pewter have been scored into the surface (possible being cut onto that surface?), so leaving scratches, sometimes deep.
The green piece appears wrong, as is the lattice one pointed out by Sue.
