Just my 2 cents worth. 

I had posted a Perfume bottle a while ago.  The *label* style on mine is the exact same as the one posted here.  Mine is also yellow/gold foil label -- BUT mine says "HAND CUT- HAND POLISHED"

To see the link GMB Post of Mine .  So not sure if that helps any......but worth the view I guess...

its made by Hoya there was one on ebay and today walked into an oppie and can you believe it a Hoya decanter.
