This grey and clear vase has a tiny little diamond engraved signature: the greek letter Alfa in a circle, and the figure 176.
It is not something I recognise - anyone?

Hello Ivo,

Just yesterday, in a charity shop, I picked up a vase that looks exactly the same as this. I didn't look for a signature on it's bottom as there was a very worn silver label on it, which I eventually deciphered to read Kosta. It's still in Edinburgh at my Dad's, so it'll be a week before I can check it!
