Unknown Toylike Glass Decanter????

Hello all, picked this up, looks like a toy but all is glass, a sort of crazy jester I guess with twisted arms and crazy hat with baubles, has snapped off pontil, about 25cm tall and 15cm wide. Looks like something Ive seen somewhere, Scandavavaian??? Thanks for ideas  Simon

You could look at some of the Bohemian catalogues online.

Little human figures were common in 1930s Czech glass production. But I'm not sure how similar they are to yours or if they were used as stoppers.

Having said that - it looks quite new ... but glass doesn't age like other objects. There doesn't seem to be much wear on the base.

Looks modern to me, but I would love it!
