Large Uranium Glass etched flowers - ID please

Hello all

Can anyone here ID this vase for me please? It's quite large standing at approximately 25cm tall.

It glows under the blacklight but no maker's mark can be seen. It looks like a Czech vase but I could be wrong.

Any info re: origin, age , maker will be much appreciated
