Yes, several of the items I have which I considser to be by Salvador Ysart, have good glass; i.e. not too tinted and with very few stray bubbles and often free of striations. In fact, many of the the regular Vasart bottles (with the striped necks and well section) also have good quality glass and workmanship.
However, the daily production weights from the Ysart Brothers period can vary greatly in quality, even many of those probably made by Salvador - but they were simply bread & butter gift items, not intended to be "art glass" pieces.
