Large "Carved Ice" Type Glass Bowl. ID Please?

This bowl has a carved ice quality.  All the ribs that run down the sides are unique.  There is also a sort of cross hatched line quality in the ribs.  I've tried to show a close up to get a better idea of the texture.  Has anyone come across a bowl like this before?  The interior of the bowl is smooth.  It feels Scandinavian to me.  It measures 11.5" inches in diameter and sits 4.5" inches tall.  Thanks for any input in advance.
