Controlled bubble bowl

Controlled bubble bowl. Clear glass has 8 feet around polished base. 12 columns of 7 bubbles. 5.25 inch diameter,just over 2 inches height. Weighs around 650 gramms very neat uniformed work. Any idea of the maker?
