Topic: champagne even Replacements couldn't identify - Champagne, ?Italy, ?1950s

Hi.  I've been going crazy trying to identify my mom's crystal that the shippers broke. Tried appraisers, websites, ebay and google sites and more.  I need a value at least for the shippers, and I'd REALLY like to replace the broken glass.  Can anyone tell me what this is, where to find it, and/or what it might be worth?
There are 6 glasses in the set: purple, pink, cobalt blue, dark green, and the grey/smoke and light green pictured.
I'm pretty good at id'ing anchor hocking if anyone has a question on that.

I've had a little look online but there isn't much. I do know that a lot of the Italian families over here favour those harlequin glass sets ( We have some friends with similar sets). So maybe search Italian/Venetian glasses? Sorry, just read the heading...duh. I blame lack of sleep and lack of food  How do I delete posts!! LOL

Hi Claire - welcome to the glass message board.
At first glance i see different coloured white wine glasses made any time 1940s - 1970s. They' re not particular for champagne, and there is no telling where they were made - even if Italy is a pretty good guess. But they might as well be German or Czech... Now looking at Italy one maker comes into consideration which is Bormioli of Parma. They did coloured tableware specifically boxed sets long before anyone else. Unfortunately, these are not well documented. Maybe having a name helps - and you can always ask them.

Hi, and welcome. I saw this set in an auction, and wondered if the back group were very similar.  If so, the auctioneer may be prepared to tell you what they sold for, or if they havent sold, you might want to bid?  I'm assuming you are in USA, but of course you might just be down the road!
