25 Cm = 10" - Hirschberg is a guess. Can anyone confirm or deny please...

ThereĀ“s a very similar pattern by Habermeier for Gralglas, but the cubes are arranged in an offset
pattern there - if I remember correctly.

I would also search for a Hirschberg, but I haven't seen one of these with a label or an ID that I trusted, so sticking to Faglaviks sounds like the better option.
