Thin "Mercury" (?) Glass Modern Gold Candleholders
« on: December 10, 2011, 07:58:53 PM »
I'm hoping someone can help me to identify these very thin, light glass modern design candleholders.  Age, maker and country of origin.  Is this what is called mercury glass?  I've never seen anything like them.

Thanks,
Charles.

Hi there.  I don't know what they are but they are not, I believe, what are considered true 'mercury glass'.  Maybe some faux mercury glass of some kind went awry but I don't think I would even call them faux mercury glass.   YMMV.  :)
