Finnish glass - is it? By whom? Designer?

I nought this along with a number of other Finnish vases and it seems to me that it is also Finnish in origin.  :spls:   However, I am having no joy in correctly attributing it.   :help:

Sorry, Ross. I understand your view it looks quite Finnish or Scandinavian anyway but cannot help you with the attribution. Just wanted to say you forgot to mention any measurements. Height at least?
