Anyone have any ideas about this vase,its approx 11cm tall,has anyone seen the sticker before,its very hard for me to read.

It looks Czech to me.

A clear snap of the label would help. Try switching your camera to micro mode (the little flower). This allows you to get in close without going out of focus.

It could also be Italian - I have several of these in different shapes - some labelled Made in Italy.

So glad I read this post and followed the link.  I have one of these vases with the silver decoration but didn't know it.  But after reading this I got out the old polish and hey presto - the dull grey was replaced by lovely shiny silver decoration.

Helo again Kat,  I also have one like this but a little slimmer, and amongst the picture is a Gondola.  So I have assumed it is Italian,  probably venetian.
You are much braver than me Nancy,  I haven't yet dared to try silvo on it!  :usd:

Goddard's silver polish works a treat on mine and once cleaned up they just need polishing with a huff and a duster to make them stay bright for quite a while.

Thinking it was Czech: Have a look at Borske Sklo and you will see the origin of my error.
