Old blues glass covered bowl, very ornate

This bowl is also part of my friends estate. Has a small chip in the lip where the top fits onto the bottom. Can you tell me when it was made and approximate value?

Hi

Not a pattern that I can say that I have seen, but it looks very English Davidson like although as I said not a design I recognise . It looks like a covered butter dish
