I'm not a Blenko expert, but I do know that most Blenko glass was stickered, rather than marked.  These bowls/ashtrays turn up quite regularly  in the thrift shops I frequent.  They are textured and substantial, come in a variety of shapes and colors, with amber being one of the more common.  I would think the opaline color would be one of the rarer colors.
