This looks very like a Frantisek Vizner design for Skrdlovice, but I'm not too sure.  The exterior surface has a ripple effect and there are numerous trapped air bubbles.
Am I right in thinking that it is at least a Skrdlovice piece?

I'd say it's Zwiesel.
