Don't recognise the pattern unless it's brand new it doesn't look Mdina to me? thought maybe Gozo looks to start with 'g' but then the rest does look to say Mdina a dotted 'i' ? could it just be a fancy 'M' I have not seen before?

Chris I think it is Mdina and I've seen this pattern somewhere before as well.
Fairly modern production I think.

Yes to Mdina, and this pattern is found in pink and green versions on a variety of shapes, here is one in green: https://picasaweb.google.com/Johnmj100/LaterMdinaGlass#5430029590509790434

Not my favourite...  :ooh:

I've noticed with the more modern pieces of Mdina glass that the 'signatures' are getting very sloppy and to some extent are reponsible for misattributions of glass, as this one could so easily look like an Italian name....Jolino, or something like that.
I think it is actually quite a pretty.vase with lovely muted colours, although I realise Chris, that you are not asking if we like it or not,  just asking for help with identification.

Thanks m and Rosie must admit it takes a bit of working out.
Not sure John think it looks okay in pink a little Isle of Wightish maybe?
