Glass Cat -- Murano or Chinese?
« on: February 03, 2012, 08:33:01 PM »
 :hi: there:

I am  :X: this is Murano -- but not sure.  It has silver Foil in it, and canes.  It is about 5 inches tall and weighs .75 of a pound.  The base shows no wear (as it appears to have had some sort of sticker there).  The base is polished - not like Chinese ones.  They slanted eyes appear not to be black glass -- but very, very dark purple.  The blue cane reminds me of the Blue canes in a FT Paper weight I have..........I think

I am leaning  :usd: towards Murano -- but not really sure.   I think so ............?............but best get some other opinions.

Thanks (here hoping...)

Here is the base -- it is polished, but has like a chunk of paper on it so that might explain *why* it does not have much wear.  Any ideas yet.....?

The bottom does not look like the dull type of Chinese one  :huh2: INHO

Thanks for any info on this one  :kissy:
