Mid Century Murano Freeform Ashtray?

Hello!

I found this in a junk shop for $5. It glows softly under blacklight, a greenish glow but only the bubble cloud portion. If anyone has any ideas I would appreciate it! No sticker, unfortunately. Very pretty glass in very good condition :) I love it!
