Pale green vase with a droopy "mouth"

Hi all, wondering If anyone knows anything about this type of vase...?

The rim is irregular and it looks melted, its 30 cm high and not very heavy.

have no idea -- wonder if it is just a commercial made product?  I see what you mean by droopy.
